This is my first time tasting and making tomato jam. God it is beautiful.
Tomato jam has to be the hipster of all fruit/veg jams.
It is different from all other variations of fruit jams like berries and orange.
If you make some tomato jam, because it’s different and delicious, it will give you permission to boast.

Good day dear adorable readers. It has been a beyond hectic and cutthroat past 20 odd days of delirious planning and organizing for a very special project, which you will know very soon if you stay tune and be nice enough.
Hey there! Dessert post again! Hoorah.
So, Dillon and me, cooked for the weekend dinner and I was in charge for desserts as per normal. So again I was thrown into pool of thoughts about what to make, something interesting, something worth the effort, something we like. Soon after that an idea came. What about making something with genmaicha, Japanese green tea with roasted brown rice. Interesting flavors and combination of toasty aroma and green tea. And so, it’s decided. Genmaicha is part of the dessert. As accompaniments to it, I added sesame, matcha, and milk. Had hoped it went well..
Hey, sweet tooth! I present you the second part of our Watermelon Chronicles: Watermelon Granita!
On a silent afternoon.. I thought of something nice that I personally would eat. Something simple but yet so nice. So I came out with idea of brownies. Banana sorbet was an idea that we had, using pure banana, freezing them and blitz them at high speed until they turn into ice cream! We used simple ingredients that are always available and easy to get. We wanted to try something humble and yet astonishingly beautiful to eat.
We have a big watermelon. We did as many things as we can from this big ass watermelon we bought from a convenience store. It was fun.
I know what you’re thinking. This looks like tuna sashimi. Hah! Pretty cool illusion huh.
